PJ's Perfect Dancers (Pty) Ltd

My name is Penelope Jones and I own PJ's Perfect Dancers. 

I am a registered teacher with DASA - www.dasa.co.za. 

I believe that all children deserve a chance to dance and to be a star in their own right.

 

I teach Ballet to Girls & Boys from 3 years old from the DASA syllabus, as well as using my experience from dancing the Cecchetti and RAD methods taught to me by Cynthia Bevan, as well as Ms.José Pretorius, before and while attending the Johannesburg High School for Art, Ballet, Drama and Music in Braamfontein.

I am a dynamic & passionate teacher. My classes are meant to be fun & exciting, where I believe in confidence building & freedom of expression.

Join me on Saturdays, Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays in Edenvale and Tuesdays & Thursdays at Assumption Convent in Malvern, to learn the art and love of ballet and performance in my home studio.  I have been teaching for many years and I want to pass on my passion for all dance to young dancers and give them every opportunity to grown as a dancer and person using my knowledge I have gained over the years and am continuing to gain.

Dance teaches expression, poise, the love of movement and music and develops fine and gross motor skills. I encourage flexibility, teach how to build the core muscles and always encourage pupils to be proud of the journey they are individually taking.
